川﨑昭(Drums)、新留大介(Piano/Keyboard)、白枝匠充(Piano/Keyboard)によるインストゥルメンタル・バンド。ポストパンク、ポストハードコア、テクノ・ミニマリズム、現代音楽を取り入れ、 2台のピアノとドラムとで織りなすサウンドと、ミニマルで幾何学的抽象を思わせる映像演出によるライブパフォーマンスは、国内のみならず、欧米をはじめ海外でも高く評価されている。

mouse on the keys is an instrumental band consisting of Akira Kawasaki (drums), Daisuke Niiru (piano/keyboard), and Takemitsu Shiraeda (piano/keyboard).

Their sound weaves together elements of post-punk, post-hardcore, techno minimalism, and contemporary classical music, performed through a unique combination of two pianos and drums.

Known for their striking live performances that fuse intricate sound design with minimalist and geometrically abstract visual projections, the band has earned critical acclaim not only in Japan but also across Europe, North America, and beyond.
